The mid-autumn festival at Dong Anh Archimedes Elementary, Secondary and High School

On September 13th, the 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival named “Autumn with Love” was successfully held at Archimedes Dong Anh School. The festival this year provides students with a wonderful experience to participate in many meaningful educational activities, thus furthering their knowledge of traditional and community values.

The festival is also an opportunity for Archimedes Dong Anh students to explore their roots and improve their appreciation of the beauty of Vietnamese culture by taking part in diverse traditional games, decorating the school, and enjoying the flavor of mid-autumn traditional food.

The festival ambiance was successfully created due to the enormous effort of all ADAS teachers and students. The students were overwhelmed by the festival atmosphere with impressive music performances, vibrant dragon dance, interesting group games and traditional doll-making activities.

During this event, the school also launched a fundraising campaign to spread a meaningful message - to raise money and spread the love to people suffering from poverty.

We wish that every student had a meaningful mid-autumn festival filled with joy and happiness. Goodbye to the Moon Lady and the Moon Boy. The Arcers will study hard and cultivate ourselves so that we will be able to hold another successful mid-autumn festival at ADAS in the following year and the years to come.
